Norwood Memorial Airport is an executive theater airport for Boston. There is a relaxed atmosphere to the airport due to less commercial flights departing and arriving on its runways. This location is excellent for its proximity to Boston and most major highways in Massachusetts.

Getting here
We are conveniently located near Interstates 95 and 93, as well as near US Rt. 1 and major state roads. Students come from all over New England to train here. Directions to Horizon Norwood below.

Inside Horizon
We have a CFI room where you and your instructor will sit and conduct one on one lessons equipped with a dedicated computer workstation, table, whiteboard, and comfortable chairs. In this room their are multiple stations and you will be in an active learning environment.

Every flight starts with a thorough briefing and ends with a thorough debriefing.

1. Take I-93 S/US-1 S
2. Take exit 1, merge onto I-95 S (3.2 mi.)
3. Take exit 11B, merge onto Neponset St. toward Norwood (1.3 mi.)
4. Turn right at Access Rd. (0.3 mi.)

Directions from I-95 South/Rt-128 South:
1. Take I-95 S/RT-128 S
2. Take exit 15B, merge onto US-1S toward Norwood (2.8 mi.)
3. Take the Norwood Center exit (0.2 mi.)
4. At the rotary, take the 3rd exit onto Neponset St. (0.4 mi.)
5. Turn left at Access Rd.(0.3 mi.)

Directions from I-95 North:
1. Take I-95 N
2. Take exit 11B, merge onto Neponset St. toward Norwood (1.5 mi.)
3. Turn right at Access Rd.(0.3 mi.)

Directions from US-1 North:
1. Take US-1 North
2. Take the Norwood Center exit (0.2 mi.)
4. At the rotary, take the 1st exit onto Neponset St.
5. Turn left at Access Rd. (0.3 mi.)
